This photo has exceptionally balanced lighting throughout. Being a night photo it has a great level of detail such as the wisps of smoke from the fire works, the individually distinguishable lights on the bridge and the sharpness of the firework bursts.

Additionally it has a great depth of field from the front of the parliment building to the crane to the bridge all the way up to the buildings on the ridge. These points of perspective and others also give the photo a slight 3D effect.
