Namaste!!!

My holy lamas, Geshe Michael Roach, Lama Christie McNally, Lama Kimberley, Lama Marut, White Lama and Lama Jack are here in NYC until November 22. I am going to try to get a class up before then, but when they are in town, it’s pretty much 24/7. Life as you know it just stops.
