Elastic Audio allows you to easily change the tempo and timing of your sound files without cutting up your tracks. Here Jeff uses Elastic Audio to fix an "out-of-time" guitar track.  This kind of fix would have taken longer using the old Beat Detective or manual cut and nudge methods.  Elastic Time makes it really easy.
