With Seattle Grace caught between Don't Ask, Don't Tell and Date and Tell, this episode is all about being honest about your feelings. Not that these people are particularly good at that.

Addison's back! Addison's back! Okay, she's not back for good. And some other stuff happened, none of which matters much, because Addison's back!

So, we're still in Season 4 after all. Post-strike, we find Bailey arranging a lion fight that turns the doctors into disease-hungry, sleep-deprived children costing the hospital hundreds of thousands of dollars in unnecessary tests. Good to know why our healthcare system is in such great shape. Oh, and George doesn't like cockroaches.

With Season 4 cut short by the Writer's Guild strike, we look back over the last 11 episodes and make our annual prescriptions for curing what ails the show when Season 5 finally rolls. We also crown our McMoron of the Season. Yes, folks, it's unanimous.

Grey's returns for one final episode this season, and as accidental season finales go, it's not terrible. Oh, except for that breaking up Bailey's marriage thing. That's terrible.

We crash headfirst into the writer's strike, as the season ends... maybe... with lots of surgery gone awry and just about every romance on shaky ground.
