Despite on-going technical difficulties we finally manage to get something recorded. And despite the title, this episode is not about Meredith and Derek's S and M thing. It's about... well, not much, really.

Everyone encounters an addiction of some kind, and Diahann Carroll guest stars as Mama Burke - Addiction Counselor and Kitchen Appliance Broker. We'll miss her.
