Host Walter Noons sits down with Legal Intern Erin Riley from Northeastern University School of Law to discuss Transition Planning for students who receive special education services.  They discuss the components of a good transition plan to help students with disabilities plan for life after special education and the reasons why transition planning benefits the entire community, not merely the student for whom the plan is written.
