Paul Casey’s Journey with Time Management and Goal-Setting

GFS is an organization that focuses on helping both corporate and individual clients change their habits and mindset in order to be more productive, while staying true to core values and giving attention to the things that matter most in life. . Paul has written four books that include The Static Cling Principle (on habits and mindsets), Maximizing Every Minute (on time management), Leading the Team You’ve Always Wanted and Leading with Super-Vision. He also interviews local leaders on his podcast The Tri-Cities Influencer. . The conversation ranges from what got Paul interested in time management tactics, to the process of getting his book from mind onto paper (or in one instance a napkin) and several tactics he implements in his life in order to accomplish the goals he sets for himself.
