She believes the world is served at the highest levels when people are empowered to pursue their God-given dreams and are bold in their faith. Michelle is a mother of three. She was a teen mom and a single mom for six years. Because of her drive and resilience early on, she built a six-figure a year business as a stylist and make-up artist.After more than a decade in that profession, she knew she wanted to have a bigger impact on people and create more freedom in her own life. That is when she fell in love with the network marketing business model. She became a multiple six-figure earner within her first 9 months in the profession. She went on to earn multiple seven figures in the profession and still enjoys residuals today that continues to fund her current endeavors. Over the years she has helped companies generate sales into the hundreds of millions making her a highly sought after business woman. She is passionate about helping people build their incomes and gain a higher understanding of how to lead others. She is also passionate about teaching and equipping women to become the person God created them to be.Michelle is a passionate and powerful speaker whose impact from the stage or behind the camera transcends her audience. She has held corporate titles as a Marketing Director and Field Trainer. She and her husband founded their own company in 2010 where she served as Founder and President. She is the host of the wildly popular podcast, Souled Out Entrepreneur in 2017 In 2018 Michelle authored 2 books, ‘ReDefined’- Turning Adversity Into Advantage, and, ‘The Residual Life’ - Building Your Network Marketing Empire, both published in 2019. She Founded Girl Power Alliance in 2020, a company dedicated to raising up leaders, equipping people to grow and have impact. She has created multiple certifications and programs to raise up the next generation of leaders. Her vision is to create more debt free and financially free Christina households than any other company in the world, allowing for radical contribution to the world. The culture of the community she created offers incredible resources and training.
