Life brings us pain, unfortunately there's no way around that. It is certainly not easy, but when we have particularly painful times, we have the opportunity to harness and use that pain to learn and grow and transform. We may just find ourselves coming out the other end with purpose, all the stronger for finding meaning and healing amongst the pain.
