Scott is a 35-year veteran of the RCMP, retiring in 2017 as a Staff Sergeant. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2013 where he led a small training cadre tasked with delivering training to the GDPSU (National SWAT Team). He has also conducted multiple training courses overseas for various Municipal and Federal Police Agencies as a private trainer/consultant. A firearms instructor since 1987, Scott has held multiple positions throughout his career, including serving as an ERT Team Leader. He is the owner/operator of BrittMar Tactical Consulting and has been a certified personal trainer since 2011.
