Gary House is a highly respected running coach, working with runners from all over the world. In this episode Gary tells us about how he started running and progressed from running up and down the Manchester canals to keep fit, to being a podium finisher over 24hrs.
We ask Gary about some of his coaching methods and how he gets the most from runners from all backgrounds, through "The Runstrong Club". We discuss the differences between training to run on flat roads compared to trails and mountains, we look at the dangers of "over racing". And touch on what the future holds for Gary and Runstrong.
