Abraham’s practice is concentrated in developing appropriate strategies for consumers who are overwhelmed by debt and are either being contacted by debt collection agencies or debt collection attorneys OR face negative and derogatory entries on their consumer credit reports and/or medical credit reports (MIB). His practice also helps consumers who have claims pursuant to the Truth in Lending Act, including the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, The Fair Credit Reporting Act, The Fair Credit Billing Act, the Consumer Leasing Act and the New York State General Business Law §349 and §350 concerning Unfair Practices and Advertising.
