Wild Family -
This is by far one of the best episodes we've had in a long time. I'd like to welcome Alex Layton to the show. Alex recently sent me a note on Instagram that I almost didn't believe at first. He lost 200-pounds by training with monkii 360 every day for one year. He literally used monkii 360 for 365 days in a row (and has the photos to prove it). He has made a total transformation and his energy, enthusiasm, and stoke is palpable. Alex is also a quote machine and his story has broad applications beyond weight loss. I appreciate him taking the time to come on the show and a follow-up episode is well in order.
Here we go.
