Dean Clarke is a former soldier, a personal trainer and he's trying to change the way the world views mental health. In this episode we talk about Deans army career and subsequent reintrogration into the civilian world. Dean openly discusses his fitness career, steroid use and events which ultimately culminated in two failed suicide attempts. Dean speaks with brutal honesty about his diagnosis with PTSD and bipolar disorder. We talk in depth with Dean about how his own struggles with mental health have led to him dedicating his life to helping others improve their own mental and physical wellbeing.
