Mama Cax is a Haitian-American Blogger, Advocate, model and Motivational Speaker. Cax uses her Instagram channel as a platform to talk about body positivity, and as a source of inspiration for what life with a disability can look like. She travels the world fearlessly, even after having lost her leg to cancer as a teenager. In fact, her travel is so extensive that she’s the one who inspired my own trip to Tunisia, and, the first time we met her in person was in Rome earlier this year because our paths in Italy happened to cross. She now lives in NYC where she is currently working on her Masters, so we had a call to record our discussion, where we delve into the world of dating with a disability.
The story that Cax mentions being in the writing process of has been published and can be read here.
