Tiffany Gray is the CEO and co-founder of TIFFANI & LU, which she started with her husband, Luigi.
Born and raised in Jamaica, Tiffany always had in interest in entrepreneurship and creativity. While pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Entertainment Management, Tiffany had her first taste of entrepreneurship when she launched a makeup artistry and fashion designing business, which she continued to focus on after graduation.
She entered the corporate world in 2014, which afforded her with the opportunity to work in the Cayman Islands, where she met her husband, Luigi.
The two got married and later moved to Luigi’s home town in Italy in the Summer of 2021, where the vision of Tiffani & Lu - designing and manufacturing Italian Leather handbags came to life.
