#206: Tara Ryan – Manage Your Energy and Be Obsessive About How it Feels

In this week's Scale Your Sales podcast episode, my guest is Tara Ryan, the founder of InfiniDEI.

Tara's organization, InfiniDEI, is built on understanding energy. She is a sales leader, executive coach and activist. Through her work she helps others become more conscious of the energy they bring to the world so they can wake up to the potential that is possible inside of them.

In this episode, Tara talks about making it about them, choose curiosity over judgment, and through every step of the selling process. She said, you've got to truly listen and shut off your own assumption. According to her, there are too many assumptions in the sales process and we must test and prove whether it's true and focus on what is versus "what if". Through her work, she helps others become more conscious of the energy they bring to the world so that they can make up the potential that is possible inside of them.
