3. What to Do When Hopelessness Comes Along

Have you ever felt that end-of-year slump creeping in, coupled with a subtle whisper of hopelessness? I know I have. It's like those feelings are hardwired into the season, right? But guess what? You're not alone in this.

Before we jump into doing your yearly review, let's hit the pause button and have a heart-to-heart about those moments when everything feels a bit too heavy. Trust me, it happens to the best of us especially when you've signed up for one of the hardest jobs in the world: being an entrepreneur.

I'm a firm believer that we shouldn't sweep emotions, especially the tough ones like hopelessness, under the rug. When permanent weight loss is your goal, it's imperative to change your relationship with your emotions.

In this episode, we're going to explore why it's okay to feel those heavy emotions like hopelessness, how to be kind to yourself in those moments, and, most importantly, what to do about it when it comes knocking at your door.
