As we delve into 1 Thessalonians 5:17, we’ll discuss how being watchful equips us to receive divine messages both during and after our prayers. Also, explore why we pray – not out of fear of the enemy, but from a deep-seated need for God. Prayer, when coupled with watchfulness, opens our eyes to the manifestation of signs and miracles. Being watchful involves both spiritual and physical alertness, fostering not just a prayer life but a life reflective of Christian virtues. This teaching session challenges the notion of being a ‘prayer warrior’ with a flawed/bad character, emphasizing that true watchfulness manifests the fruits of the Spirit.
