Lvl 108: Zonk Out is the ”Z” in LAZY

ZONK! That's the "Z" in L.A.Z.Y. While no doubt, we're prone to find the nearest couch and zonk out, as procrastin8rs, the definition goes a lot deeper than that. Zonking Out means walking away and meaning it. It's saying "Bye Felicia" to someone that consistently does shit you don't tolerate. It's cutting people out of your life than really don't deserve your time of day. It's leaving a situation that's becoming too dramatic or toxic. You have to know when it's necessary to Zonk Out, instead of sticking around...just to stick around. As that Kenny Rogers song goes "Ya gotta know when to fold" Sometimes the best course of action is...inaction. Not participating. Zonking. Out.
