64: Number one step to dating after divorce is finding what we want within ourselves first

Most of us want to one day meet someone again after divorce. But dating after divorce can feel so scary. Our trust has been shaken as has our faith in true lasting love.

We read quotes and sayings about soul-mates and what true love "should" look like, sound like etc. But that's not reality, it's just good writing.

So what is the key to feeling loved and seen and chosen?

The answer is simple - love yourself, see yourself and choose yourself first.
