EP 246 is a wonderful conversation with two amazing humans, David Arsenault and Jon Geller.  David's career spans close to thirty years, first being a world-class Taekwondo athlete, then an elite Taekwondo and performance coach, and now a leader in the world of physical literacy for children. His foundation, Champions for Life, is making a difference in the lives of so many young people. Jon was a protege of David's, and through the influence of David's life and career, and a challenging health crisis that we unpack in this session, Jon was inspired to become an Athletic Therapist and Strength and Conditioning Coach.  Today, Jon is the Assistant AT for the Toronto Maple Leaf Hockey Club and is one of those unique professionals who embody the practice of Reconditioning. I loved unpacking all the synergies and confluence of connection between the three of us in this session, there are a lot of golden threads worth hearing.
