Our primary focus still remains on "Making the complicated, simple" but we are adding more avenues to achieve that. We will still highlight health, nutrition, performance and wellness but will be adding Insights, Shorts and Interviews around the topics of leadership and diving deeper into our previous categories.

There will be a shift to focus on shorter, more impactful content but there will still be full episodes where we get the best information from experts in their field.
