92: There is Magic in the Mess + How to Transform What Triggers You

Living in today's world can be incredibly overwhelming, on top of what you already carry in your own personal life + past traumas. There are some days I feel so consumed by it all, especially being a highly sensitive soul and empath, that I have to completely disconnect to hear my own voice and Soul's needs and desires.

But what if I told you that all of this can be transmuted for you to find the "magic in the mess"? What if those feelings of overwhelm, or emptiness inside are just the physical and emotional body's natural intelligence letting you know that "something needs to shift"...before it becomes a bigger issue. Or, maybe the challenge is a test of your emotional and spiritual resiliency, so you can work this muscle, just as you would physically to train your body to perform at its peak?

Without a healthy dose of stress, one cannot taste the sweetness. Where this can become "chronic" is when the stress reaches what is called its "allostatic load" which is the cumulative burden of stress + life events.

In this solo episode, I uncover 5 powerful ways to uncover the magic in your mess. To guide your perspective towards a new level of consciousness that transmutes your energy from hurting to healing. To learn how to embrace the "messy middle" on your journey towards living in alignment with your Soul's true longings, and tune out the noise of what society says you SHOULD be, towards understanding that your body + Spirit already knows the way.

Failure is simply a sign that your energy + efforts will result in a desired outcome sooner or later, just not in the expected timeline we as humans feel is REAL. Surrender to Spirit, and know there is a purpose to the pause. Healing is happening.
