Sam Capps is the host of The Bro Society – an intimate men’s mental health talking group based out of Norwich. Sam’s own life experience encouraged the development of the talking group. Sam has been on a journey of understanding, accepting and forgiving his own trauma and mental health. He came on the podcast today to encourage me to do the same and I swallowed a bittersweet pill.
