147. Jessica Weesner

Jessica Weesner is the owner of Power Branding. She works with CrossFit athletes to optimize their social media to grow a brand inside and outside of their sport.

On the episode, Jessica gives us some insight on what a competition weekend looks like with her high level CrossFit athletes. She loves to capture moments that the fans don’t get to see like warm-ups, meals between events, and everyday life.

We also got into social media for the Average Joe. She gives us some great tips on using Instagram in the most positive way possible. Sometimes little things like leaving a positive comment can make someone’s day.
