Glen chats with co-founder Glenn Smith who shares how the business was born over beers on a Friday afternoon with his colleague Mark while working in the air conditioning industry. Glenn talks about the ins and outs working with a business partner and starting and operating an air conditioning company which now has a team of over 15 employees and contractors.
