CAN MARKO STAMENIC MAKE IT AT NOTTINGHAM FOREST AND END THE OLYMPIACOS TRANSFER CURSE?

Nottingham Forest and Olympiacos have exchanged a series of players since Evangelos Marinakis took over the club in 2017. Most of the transfers have failed, although there has been moderate success in the cases of Cafu and Omar Richards, while the sale of Joao Carvalho will have helped with the books.

Most recently, Forest have signed Marko Stamenic from Red Star Belgrade and promptly loaned him to the giants of Greek football for a season. Plenty of Reds fans are sceptical the New Zealand international will ever play for Forest so we spoke to sports radio host Jason Pine of Sky Sport in Stamenic's homeland to find out more about the 22-year-old.
