I am super excited today to talk with you about the Brain Science Maester, Susan Peirce Thompson (SPT). 

She has helped me to realize that the craziness of yoyo diets was in large part due to the types of foods I ate, not just how much. She made sense of why I could not keep to my plans, no matter how strong the commitment was to stay on plan. She is smart, kind and lives a large life in service, with an amazing goal of touching one million lives. 

It is a privilege to share with you what I have learned from her valuable teachings. She is the founder of Bright Line Eating and is a New York Times best-selling author.
