This week we’re joined by actress Kimberly Hart-Simpson, who’s Dad died in 2007 when she was just 20. Kimberly is commonly known for playing Nicky Wheatly in Coronation Street - a job that her dad always dreamed of her getting after being a huge fan of the show all his life.
