Adam Koenig, Carthage College's Director of Advancement and Alumni Programs, explains how he came up with the idea for Carthage's wonderfully innovative 2021 Commencement, which allowed the school's newest graduates to be honored in spectacular fashion but within the restrictions of pandemic protocols.
