Chapter 19 contains both a vision of worship and one of the most violent pictures of Jesus in the New Testament - a blood stained, sword-wielding, white-horse riding warrior. How will evil be overcome and God's enemies defeated? Is Jesus really going to resort to violence at the end of time to defeat evil and restore the cosmos ?
