#849: Seven core competencies of an Amazon Replens seller on Coaches Corner

In the typical Amazon replens business, there are three governing factors, they are time, money, and ASINs and each crucial to building and maintaining a successful business.

 

In this episode, Brian & Robin Joy also introduce the "7 Core Competencies of Amazon Replens" series, which highlights essential skills needed in the following areas: sourcing, shopping, prepping, shipping, repricing, replenishing, and business acumen, emphasizing the need for proficiency in all areas either individually or as a team.

 

The "Sourcing Competency" specifically requires a deep dive into thousands of ASINs, categorizing them into viable, test-worthy, and replenishable, with a focus on thorough evaluation and continuous testing to identify those that can be consistently replenished.

 

This methodical approach is important for building a sustainable inventory and winning performance in a marketplace where, as Robin Sharma notes, "There’s a ton of competition at ordinary, but there’s almost none at extraordinary."
