In this episode we are joined by Adam Collard. Adam came to our attention when he walked into the Love Island villa in 2018 and left coupled with Zara McDermott. Adam talks about the struggle to insert himself back into everyday life after Love Island and how much his life has dramatically changed since. Adam reveals his insecurities around his body image and how social media has greatly impacted his mental health and the tools he now uses to combat this.
