How aware are you of when you give and how you receive? This past weekend a friend sent me a video where he sent good vibes my way. As a response back to him I made sure to let him know that the good vibes were received. This is a very important part of the process as it is often overlooked. It can be difficult to be a good receiver. So often we don't want others to give to us as we'd rather do the giving. Maybe we say something like "thank you, but that wasn't necessary." However, for the same reason why we enjoy giving is the same reason why it is important to be a good receiver. Allow someone else to give the gift of giving.
