In todays episode we hear from Australian island resident and menopause expert Kath Berry. 

Kath is a women’s health specialist with over 30 years clinical experience, and qualifications in acupuncture and a Master of Science research degree. 

In 2023, she published ‘Menopause: A Comprehensive Guide for Practitioners’, the world’s first evidence-based textbook on traditional Chinese and East Asian medicine for menopause. 

Kath runs an online education company that has trained over 10,000 acupuncturists worldwide and she loves to empower women through courses on enhancing health, achieving balance, promoting confidence, and encouraging sexual vibrancy.
