Derek Vanderhorst – New Record “Wildflower”

Derek Vanderhorst is probably someone you’ve never heard of, but if you watch movies you have heard his work as a Sound Engineer/Designer/Mixer in films like Hidden Figures, No Country for Old Men, Terminator: Dark Fate, and many more.

Derek experienced a life threatening health crisis a few years ago, which he faced full-on, and it transformed his life.  Now he is writing songs every day, he has released his first album called  Wildflower, and is working on his second album.

In their conversation Derek and Baruch cover a lot of ground, from healing to societal challenges, and of course music!
