From Blocked to Powerful with Cheryl Stelte

Cheryl, a spiritual coach and healer, discussed her journey and methods for helping mature women overcome subconscious blocks. She shared her personal experience of healing from a traumatic marriage and emphasized the importance of addressing early childhood conditioning. 

Cheryl explained her techniques, including long, full breaths to access the subconscious and chakra readings to identify blocks. She highlighted case studies, such as Jenny's transformation from a businesswoman to a spiritual retreat leader. 

Cheryl also introduced her books: "Heal Your Neck Issues," "Client Magnet," and "From Blocked to Powerful," and offered free meditations to help listeners access their subconscious and clear blocks. Welcome to today’s episode, “From Blocked to Powerful.”
