Tracy wasn’t always an expert in helping business owners sell their businesses. In fact, she used to have businesses with negative valuations. In fact, it got so bad that she jokes she was actually looking to pay someone else to take her business!

As a serial entrepreneur, I was familiar with creating, launching, and running businesses. But when I decided to sell, I realized I hadn't prepared for my exit. I researched and learned about the things buyers were looking for in an investment. And I found a buyer in 3 months!
