The Sweet Spot Where Transformation Occurs

Welcome to another unscripted episode! Today, I'm sharing some reflections from my recent seven-day meditation retreat. Over the past year and a half, I've felt an intuitive nudge that my growth requires operating at a different frequency than my current patterns. Despite past successes, I sensed the need to let go of my familiar path to reach new levels. 

During the retreat, I confronted my resistance to the unknown, and as someone who loves planning, this was a major change. I learned to trust stillness, do less, and focus on personal growth to unlock success. Sitting in the unknown involves accepting discomfort, pushing beyond comfort zones, and listening to intuition even when it seems crazy. If you're feeling unstable or unsure, I want to remind you that you're not alone, and I'm on this journey with you.
