Week 4: Resting in God: The Power of SurrenderKey Idea: True rest comes when we surrender fully to God’s love. In releasing control, we discover peace beyond understanding.

We live in a world that glorifies busyness. We are constantly told that if we are not doing, fixing, or controlling, we are falling behind. Yet, A Course in Miracles teaches us something radically different: our strength is found not in striving, but in surrender.

In Chapter 3, Section II. “The Voice for God”, Jesus reminds us that we are the Kingdom of Heaven, but we have let the belief in darkness enter our minds. The restlessness we feel—the stress, the overthinking, the need to control—comes from believing we are separate from God.
