96: Sebi bats for the investor: Cut in mutual fund fees, changes in commission payout

In a major overhaul of the mutual fund fee structure, Sebi has announced a reduction in total expense ratio. Not just this, Sebi has also announced that the mutual fund industry must adopt the full-trail model of commission in all schemes.
