3.7 Responding to Coaching’s State of Contraction

I've talked plenty about how to respond when YOU'RE in a contracted state, but what to do when a whole industry is currently contracting?

I sat down with truth teller Leanna Jane Lewis and had a reality checking, unfiltered and unflinching conversation about balanced and nervous system flexible ways to navigate the world of coaching right now. 

Whether you want to believe we're in a recession is up to you, but to deny that the industry has changed is gaslighty AF and doesn't serve you as a humxn whose job it is to witness and hold other humxns.
