In 2022, after 16 years, Andrea‘s marriage ended in divorce and her world shattered. For years she had poured everything she could and into making it work. But, despite her efforts, the distance grew, her intuition screamed the truth she wasn’t ready to face. When she finally chose to walk away, the depth and pain of grief was devastating. 

But, divorce broke her wide open. She spent the next two years dismantling a lifetime of beliefs, coping mechanisms, and patterns that had kept her disconnected from her body, her intuition, and her truth. Through deep feminine healing – she reclaimed her power, her voice and her freedom.

Now, as a coach, yoga teacher, and somatic healing practitioner, she’s passionate about guiding women through the uncertainty of divorce – finding clarity in answering the question, “should I stay or should I go?” Ultimately, for each woman, that answer is found in reconnecting to her body’s wisdom and her intuition.
