Today I share with you two tips for building connection to your loved ones. It begins with being at ease in your body and feeling at home.
Don't forget to breathe. When you notice yourself becoming reactive slow down your exhale and notice how it shifts your state. This helps balance the nervous system, allowing you to digest your food and connect with others.
Eat slowly. Take time to connect and listen to the conversation going on around the table. Tap into the intentions behind the words and subtle energy being shared. Everyone is doing their best so acknowledging this will help tremendously.
Appreciate the small stuff. Every moment can be a gift if we choose to see it as such, and appreciation helps guide us to see this.
Thank you for the reviews, and if you would like to show some appreciation you can leave a review. Feel free to reach out to me on social media or at firstname.lastname@example.org
