“You have to have that homework done by 8pm tonight” “Our employees need to be paid by the last day of the month” “We have to close on this house by the 15th or else someone else will get it” Deadlines have a way of looming over us and causing us to feel so much anxiety and stress. We feel the pressure (whether we put it on ourselves or it’s from someone else), and it’s crushing. And then add to that, God doesn’t seem to be moved by those deadli...

Deadlines have a way of looming over us and causing us to feel so much anxiety and stress.

We feel the pressure (whether we put it on ourselves or it’s from someone else), and it’s crushing.

And then add to that, God doesn’t seem to be moved by those deadlines when we ask Him to help us to.

What’s up with that?

We can so often get mad with God for not ‘meeting’ our deadlines, but the Truth is that He is fully aware of them, and wants to bring us something even better!
