Pano shares the secrets of his success including why being comfortable with vulnerability and being willing to say 'I don't know' has been key.

He generously shares his proudest moments and lessons learnt that have helped him forge his way to the top. Pano talks about slowing down to speed up to manage what he describes as the reactive and bullish nature that he can be prone to when under stress.

He shares his ethos for 'catching people doing things right' and how gratitude whilst important, is easy to forget to do.

Pano finishes the interview by outlining his advice for the 16-year-old version of himself and how others can accelerate their growth and increase confidence
