We can’t do it within ourselves but Holy Spirit can do it.

And forgiveness isn't about feeling like it, it's a decision.

...to not talk bad about people

...to pray for them

...to help them if you're in a position to do so

...to not smear their name or spread rumors

...to release what you want to happen to them

If we think about our offenses against God and how merciful He is it helps.

Not only is anger exhausting, unforgiveness opens more doors to the enemy than anything else.

 

Refuse to suffer fools or let your heart get hard.
