Dr. Amy Osborne: Doctor of Physical Therapy, Nutrition Therapy Practictioner, & Personal Trainer
Dr. Amy Osborne is a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She is also an NTP and personal trainer. Amy is a wealth of knowledge, experience, and insights when it comes to all things fitness, nutrition, and overall health. Amy is also an entrepreneur, stepping away from the traditional physical therapy model and branching out to create her own practice. Amy is passionate about effecting change in others and getting people to think outside the box. I thoroughly enjoyed my conversation with Amy. We discussed a variety of topics during our conversation including: bridging the gap between physical therapists & personal trainers, pain is a signal, focusing on past successes, fear, entrepreneurship, post-partum exercise, nutrition, and of course, MUCH more! Enjoy!
