Lara's vocation as a movement guide began in 1993 when she began teaching dance, and yoga. After discovering the healing art of qigong it became and continues to be her primary practice. She studied extensively with Damaris Jarboux and Robert Peng and completed the TRE (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) certification.
